Treatment Massage

A massage that requires deeper pressure for tension release and muscle relaxation. This type of massage is used when clients complain of tight muscles or have "knots". For a treatment massage, the client does not always fully undress depending on the problem area. However, they are draped properly just like in a Relaxation Massage. Treatment work is usually done only on the problem areas unless time is allowed for further work.

Relaxation Massage

A relaxation massage helps the body & its systems maintain their normal functions and helps with its healing ability. A Relaxation (Swedish) Massage helps improve blood circulation and joint mobility. It also helps relax muscles & relieve tension. It's a lighter touch massage that usually lasts an hour. During a Relaxation Massage, clients are typically undressed but they do have a blanket on top of them & they are properly draped at all times.

Myofascial Release

A type of bodywork that releases the fascia. Fascia covers our entire body and if you have restrictions in the fascia it can cause pain. I do the John Barnes Myofascial Release approach which is less painful than other Myofascial Release techniques. This approach allows the chronic inflammatory response to get rid of myofascial restrictions and allow the body to naturally heal it self.

Reiki

A type of energy work that energizes & re-aligns your chakras and subtle energy fields. Reiki will help release energy blocks, stress, fear, and other related emotions. During the session you can stay fully clothed and the therapist will lay their hands on certain parts of the body allowing an energy transfer to occur. The process is painless but some clients do have emotional releases which are welcomed.

Chair Massage

Sound Lounger

The Sound Lounger is a form of Sound Therapy that can help with anxiety, depression, sleep, blood pressure and your overall well-being.

During the session the client is full clothed on lounger that vibrates to the music being played. There are several choices of frequencies that can be played.

Children's Massage

During an Emotion Code session, I use muscle testing to find trapped emotions within you & then magnets are used to release the trapped emotions. Trapped emotions can be the cause of pain in the body, emotional issues, & illnesses.

$75.00 - 30-60 minutes

These massages are for children 10 or younger and can be relaxing or therapeutic. Parents must accompany their child to fill out the necessary paperwork before the massage can begin. These massages are done the same as the Relaxaion & Treatment massages except the pressure is gentler unless otherwise stated.

A massage that is done in a special chair with the client fully clothed. It is a great stress reliever in a little amount of time.
